DST Seminar

The Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) offers real estate investors the opportunity to defer capital gains taxes on the sale of investment properties. To educate and empower real estate owners, investors, and landlords on this topic, FIG's partner Brian Evans leads a specialized workshop. This seminar is designed to provide tailored insights and strategies for these audiences.

I collaborated with a dedicated task team to work closely with Brian's team, and together, we developed comprehensive seminar materials that captured the essence of the content while aligning with the branding and messaging needs of Financial Advisors. This approach ensured that the materials were not only informative and relevant to the target audience but also seamlessly integrated into the financial services sector, enhancing the overall value and impact of the seminar.

Our task team was responsible for refreshing his existing content, revamping the layout, and enhancing the imagery of his materials. To further elevate the seminar offerings, we introduced several new resources designed to align with the seminar’s objectives, providing attendees with a more cohesive and engaging learning experience.

After collaborating with our content team, I took on the task of updating the overall branding and imagery. Over the course of several weeks, through multiple revisions and incorporating all of Brian's specific requirements, I successfully developed a customizable template. This template ensured a clear, easily readable flow across all materials, making them both visually appealing and user-friendly.
